Conwy Walking Week
The Conwy Walking Week is taking place from the 1st to the 8th of July 2009.
A “Taste of Nordic Walking” will be taking place on Wednesday the 1st of July meeting at 10.45am in the Community Pavilion, parking available at the station car park.
The session will last between 2 – 3 hours with a practice and warm up session on the school field followed by a gentle climb up Cwm Penamnen to Pont Alltrem and back down. The route is classed as easy and all the Nordic Walking equipment will be available on the day. Please dress appropriately for the weather and please bring any food or drink you may require.
Booking is essential as many of the walks are popular and for you to get the most out of your walk and your leader, places are limited.
All walkers will be sent information on Booking Conditions once they have booked onto a walk.
